Smoking! Japan is really going to have an amazing set of pavilions!

We need to figure out an executive committee meeting. Lots of other people will want to come, but I want to make sure the four of us can get together.

Two proposals on the table are WWW in Boston and the Asia Computing in Bangkok, both in mid-december. I'm inclined towards WWW as it would be a way of getting some of the U.S. people (e.g., Robin Littlefield, Vint Cerf) to the table and get them moving.

Asia, on the other hand, has the advantage that it is the focus of most of the activity and this would be a way of getting Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand moving.

Any suggestions? Can everybody make Boston in December? Bangkok?
