Mark and Nicky,
Just a couple of quick comments...
o Change all references to IMS to Internet Multicasting Service.
o Lose the reference to the ftp server on town.hall.org. This is definitely NOT the preferred way for users to look for data. :)
o Point the Mosaic link to the EDGAR page on town.hall.org:
http://town.hall.org/edgar/edgar.html
rather than the ITH homepage? Doesn't really matter, I guess.
o The _Sample EDGAR Filings_ shouldn't say that they are the same file. Picky, but...
Is it possible to get some of your search forms and the underlying data. Especially the CIK and Ticker files you have.
Should have the log info for you Real Soon Now(tm). :)
