How does it taste?
Kimchi has a variety of flavors. These flavors include the salty taste
from the salt, hot from
chili, the unique sourness of lactic
acid, and each unique flavor from each vegetable used. Also new and
well mixed-in, savory flavors are created while the mixture of
fish juice, various seafoods or
meats goes through the fermentation together with grains and fruits.
And it feels better to chew kimchi than chewing the raw vegetables.
With its special savor, which would make you to keep it as a constant
on your dining table once you are used to, kimchi helps us in chewing
and digesting rice.
