97年大相撲春場所

小錦は入院中のため、初日、二日目と休場しました。 　しかし、病気はだいぶ良くなったので、三日目から出場に踏み切りました。 　高熱が続いたので体力的な不安はあるけれど、誰よりも土俵への愛着が 　強い小錦のこと、一生懸命土俵をつとめてくれることでしょう。 　ガンバレ、小錦!!　皆様、応援よろしくお願いします。

休場について（後程翻訳して掲載します） First of all I want to say I'm sorry to my supporter's for the late appearence, but I can say that I'm back in good condition and ready to go to war. 3日目（後程翻訳して掲載します） Today march 11,1997 was my first match and my opponent was Kitakachidoki well the match went all his way I had him good at the start and I had to the rope off the start until started to run he tried once to pull me down at the rope but I had my balance and he made his way back towards the middle,it was there he pull me down by my arm.
