Dear Konishiki-zeki, I am studying Psychology at Seton Hill College (PA) in America. My mother sent me your home page address on the newspaper. I first came to know about you because I had been a great fan of Mito-zeki (of course I still am and will be). Since I love Mito-zeki so much, you seem to be a brother of someone whom I really love. During every Basho, I call my mom and ask how you and Mito-zeki were the day. It's just amazing that I can E-mail you from the United States. This is my second academic year here. I graduated from a Junior college in Japan and transfered to Seton Hill. And I have another year to go until I graduate. The biggest broblem which I have here is "I miss my family so much". It is so hard for me to overcome it. And I don't even think I can do so. Then, I call my family almost every day and go back home during every long vacation. I know that you came to Japan without your family when you were even younger than I am now, but how did you manage your feeling of missing your family and friends? Every thing else is just fine for me. So maybe I am just demanding too much. Take care and good luck on your Sumo Life. Please say hello to Mito-zeki for me. Sincerely, Fumiyo Yamakawa
