Just a few questions you've probably heard a million times before, but I would still be grateful if you took the time to answer them.
Apart from blowing the trumpet, are there any other hobbies you have? Do you have a favourite band? Do you like "soccer"?
The allogations of match rigging in sumo must have had a disasterous effect on the sport, and one of the wrestlers confessing to rigging bouts put it down to the enormous pressure during the big tournaments. Have you ever been tempted to fix the outcome of a match?
Are you at all concerned with the majority of Japanese youth turning to more American sports like surfing and American football instead of Japan's national sport?
When you, or indeed any sumo wrestler either win or lose a match, you never seem to show any emotions, not even if you win an entire tournament- does this have anything to do with the discipline invovled in sumo, or are sumo wrestlers too proud to go ape shit in front of a crowd?
