First of all you have to get involved in some kind of sports so you can build an appetite, the eating part is just the matter of eating big meals, for example sumotoris gain weigth because of the living cycle thats two meals a day.A sumotoris daily cycle starts 5:00a.m and thats no breakfast then at around 11:30a.m the first meal is taking in.This next couple of hours is where the sumo boys gain there weight they take about a 3-4 hour nap and its easy for them sleep and eat because there already tired from the early practice and because there no breakfast they eat like there hungary if you can try follow this cycle it works and I`ve seen work over the years.
