Sumo wrestlers eats twice a day thats lunch and dinner, becauce practice is early 5:00a.m every morning, lunch is like 11:30-12:30 everyday thats the high ranker the younger sumo boys can have there meals after that and it can be from 12:30-1:30, dinner is at 6:00p.m.The reason for not having breakfast is because the hard practice it easier to get sick.At age 15 I was already lifting alot of weights for my age,if I`m not mistaking I think was about 250 pounds I could bench press at list 375 pounds.
