The SchoolNet News Network

The SchoolNet News Network (SNN), or Rédaction de Rescol (RDR) in french, is
a web site dedicated to student journalism. It includes an on-line
newspaper with articles written entirely by K-12 students, a student
reporter's guide to journalism and links to Canada's top news information
sources on the Internet. Journalism students from Carleton University will
be participating in the project as mentors and editors to their younger
counterparts. The second edition of the new SNN will be developed in
partnership with the Discovery Channel and will be timed for release during
National Science and Technology Week.
