National Graduate Register
is a bilingual web site where students and recent graduates (up to
three years after graduation) can file a standardized resume of their
education, skills, experience and aspirations. Employers, for their part,
have access to a national pool of qualified candidates at their fingertips.
They can conduct searches according to their specific criteria, making the
recruiting process faster, simpler and more efficient. Universities and
colleges across Canada are also active participants in the NGR.
Participating post-secondary institutions vet the resumes of their
students, integrate the NGR in their career placement services and help
promote the NGR in their institution.
