It'aewon Bonded Clothing Shopping

It'aewon bonded clothing shops are located along the over 1km-long street and connecting alleys from the Holiday It'aewon Hotel to the It'aewon Intersection.
It is the most conspicuous bonded shopping street in Seoul. So many signboards are written in foreign languages that the street gives visitors the impression that they are not on Korean soil.
The shops here originally opened to cater to G.I.s of the U.S. 8th Army and developed into the present level as the area became increasingly known to foreign tourists. Visitors can find a wide variety of bags, shoes, accessories, and other miscellaneous items.
Clothing sold here ranges from casual wear, such as T-shirts, jackets, and jumpers, to expensive products made of silk, leathers, and ski outfits.
