The theme of this large housing project can be seen in the floor plan of the ground floor. The architects divided a lot with a width of 15 meters and a depth of 25 meters into five oblong pieces, reserved two for indoor spaces and three for outdoor spaces. If all glass doors are slid open and the tent is pulled out, there is one obscure space which is neither indoor nor outdoor. Various types of space can be created by controlling movable elements in compliance with weather, season, time and so on.
