EVENTS Events are of limited duration, occur in 1996, and have some way for people on the Internet to paritcipate in the event. That might mean high-end video transmissions, but might be simply email or a constantly changing web site. Some events are sponsored by the Network Operating Team (NOT) that operates Central Park.
