I think George's point was that he could not see the relevance of this to a world-wide audience. After all if every MBONE connected country in the world started sending the sessions from their upper and lower houses of government the MBONE would be swamped, even at 16kpbs per channel. Perhaps it would be better if your restricted your ttl to stay within the US except on those occasions when something of global interest is being discussed. Also the IMS:RT-FM channel seems to fly in the face of the agreed policy of restricting "music radio" channels to Radio Free Vat.
